We don’t say this lightly: this is the most special coffee we’ve ever offered. A rare GeishaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda. Routinely the most expensive coffee at auction. varietal grown in the highlands of northern Peru, you can expect lavender, black tea, and the raspberry. Grown by Eduar, a producer newly stepping into the world of specialty growing, this coffee reflects early promise with extraordinary clarity. The drier climate of their region supports slow, careful drying, and with each harvest they are learning, refining, and reaching further. Quantities are extremely limited. We’re only releasing a tiny amount, and once it’s gone, it’s gone for good. If you’ve been waiting for something exceptional, this is it.
