Coffee is depulped, washedWashed processThe fruit is removed from the seed before drying, usually with fermentation and a water rinse. Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly., and dried on each family’s farm, with parchment being taken to the nearest dry mill. This coffee, coming from Familia Campo, has a round sweetness of molasses and plum, with crisp apple notes.
