This coffee comes from Rosalío Martínez, a coffee producer who has been growing coffee for over 25 years. Cultivating Bourbón, CaturraCaturraA natural dwarf mutation of Bourbon found in Brazil: compact plants, easier picking, bright and clean cup. A workhorse across Latin America., Pache, and Java varieties, his coffee has a tropical and citrus fruit brightness, with sweet notes of chocolate. Producers on the slopes of the Agua and Acatenango volcanoes have been growing coffee for hundreds of years.
