The farm is managed by Jamer Alberto Cubillos Romero, who acquired the land in 2020 and lives there with his wife and children. From the beginning, his focus has been on quality, starting with the planting of Pink Bourbon as a foundational variety and gradually refining both cultivation and processing to unlock greater expression from the land.
