This is our first year buying coffee from Abelardo. We discovered his coffee through our buying project in southern Huila, and look forward to working more closely together next season. In the cup we find a sparkling Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. profile of lemonade, blueberry, and hibiscus.
