We have been working with Sidra from Lugmapata from day one. It is a coffee that we have come to love, and also one we have begun to run extremely fun and educational processing experiments with. This experimentation is a work in progress and will only continue to improve with each harvest! In the cup we find lychee, mango, and orange.
