We have been working with Kubi for years, and this selection comes from a small regional group of producers who deliver to the Chelbessa washing stationWashing stationA central mill where many smallholder farmers deliver cherry for processing. In Ethiopia, Kenya, and Rwanda the station name (e.g. Idido) often identifies the coffee., which regularly produces some of our favorite Ethiopian coffees.
