This is a unique blendBlendCoffees from multiple origins roasted or mixed together for a consistent, balanced profile year-round — the traditional backbone of espresso menus. we created from very small deliveries from multiple different producers. As our work continues in Urrao, we have been lucky to meet many new producers. However, some harvests are too small to fully separate and export. This cup's profile is floral, clean, and elegant.
