Tasting notes

This is our first year purchasing coffee from Nayith Morales, who has a very small Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. garden, less than a hectare (~2.5 acres), in one of our favorite regions in Huila. In the cup we find strawberry preserves, lemonade, and sugar cane.
