This is our first year working with coffee from the extremely remote Bumba Hill, and it is the only selection we made from the Ninga washing stationWashing stationA central mill where many smallholder farmers deliver cherry for processing. In Ethiopia, Kenya, and Rwanda the station name (e.g. Idido) often identifies the coffee. this year. In the cup, we find dried apricots, baking spice, and Earl Gray.
