Octavio's coffee stood out during our last buying trip to Colombia. There are several distinct Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. profiles at this point, and this is one of our favorites. In the cup we find pink lemonade, berries, and black tea.
