Tasting notes

This is our first year buying coffee from Salvador. It is always exciting to discover new and young producers, especially when they are growing Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. at over 1,800 masl! In the cup we find pomegranate, raspberry, and lemon.
