Armando is another new and young producer whose coffee we tasted during our last trip to Cusco. Los Pinos is one of the most beautiful and diverse farms we have seen, a reflection of the complexity and quality of the coffee itself. In the cup we find vibrant layered fruit, sparkling acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., and pronounced florality.
