This is our first year working with producer Jhonatan Pito. We discovered this coffee when its clarity and expression leapt off one of our buying tables. In the cup we find excellent structure, tangerine, honeyHoney processThe skin is removed but some sticky fruit mucilage is left on during drying. Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural., and blueberry.
