This is the second harvest pass from Octavio Rueda, who has been producing some of the highest-scoring Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. in Huila for several years. We hold both this coffee and producer in the highest regard. In the cup we find pomegranate, hibiscus, and lime.
