Octavio has produced some of the highest-scoring Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. we have tasted from Colombia. His coffees are consistently expressive, with remarkable intensity and complexity. In the cup we find tropical fruit, mango, pomegranate, and hibiscus.
