Octavio Rueda produces some of our favorite Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. in all of Colombia. We have worked with this selection from El Mirador for several years now, and it remains a highlight each season. In the cup we find mango, strawberry, and hibiscus.
