We have been working on this project in Urrao for a number of years, but this is our first year purchasing coffee from Arley Arboleda. In the cup we find tropical fruit, lively acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., and excellent structure.
