We have been buying coffee from Juan Jiménez for years now, and he consistently produces some of the best Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. in southern Huila. In the cup we find a bright, citrus-forward profile with apple blossom and lychee.
