This is our second selection from Bumba Hill, processed at the Ninga washing stationWashing stationA central mill where many smallholder farmers deliver cherry for processing. In Ethiopia, Kenya, and Rwanda the station name (e.g. Idido) often identifies the coffee.. This hill had an exceptional year, producing many of our top lots from Burundi this season. In the cup we find poached pear, baking spice, and Earl Grey tea.
