Tasting notes

This is our first year working with the Ruvumu washing stationWashing stationA central mill where many smallholder farmers deliver cherry for processing. In Ethiopia, Kenya, and Rwanda the station name (e.g. Idido) often identifies the coffee.. We have always loved coffees from Burundi, and these profiles hold a special place for us. This marks the beginning of expanding our exploration of this remarkable coffee-producing country. In the cup we find blood orange, baking spice, and purple fruit.
