This is our first year working with this specific washing stationWashing stationA central mill where many smallholder farmers deliver cherry for processing. In Ethiopia, Kenya, and Rwanda the station name (e.g. Idido) often identifies the coffee. located in Siti, which is a sub-kebele of Worka Chelbesa. The coffee from this region has been exceptional this season. In the cup we find watermelon, peach rings, white florals, and citrus.
