William Ortiz is one of the more exciting producers we have met recently, and this Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. separation marks our first season including his coffee in our Huila project. In the cup we find pink lemonade, strawberry preserve, and soft florals.
