This is the second harvest pass from Wilson Alba this season. His work with Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. continues to inspire, and each opportunity to taste his coffee affirms just how special his approach is. In the cup we find berry compote, lemon zest, and hibiscus.
