We have known Yessica for several years through her work in quality control. This is our first year buying her coffee, and it is exceptional. This selection is an excellent representation of GeshaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda. Routinely the most expensive coffee at auction., with very good density. In the cup we find white florals, ripe apricot, lemon verbena, and white sugar.
