Our last offering from Mexico this season is a more lively selection from the Mazateca region in Oaxaca. In the cup we find a more fruit-forward profile of strawberry and cherry, with a nice bright acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. and caramel-like sweetness.
