Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. harvests from a small group of producers around the hamlet of Divino Niño in southern Huila. In the cup we find ripe berries, lemon acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., with a dulce de leche sweetness.
