This coffee won second place at the annual producer competition in Acevedo, Huila. It is fruit-forward, with excellent clarity and good acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it.. In the cup, we find currants, wine and citrus.
