Our last Rwandan selection of the season is a special lot that was de-pulped by hand in the traditional way. It is also one of the most separated-out lots we've seen in Rwanda, with only nine smallholdersSmallholderA farmer growing coffee on a small family plot — often under two hectares. Most of the world's coffee is grown this way, typically pooled at cooperatives or washing stations. contributing to this separation. In the cup we find mulling spices, citrus, and dried fruit.
