We have been working with Enrique and the coffees from Lugmapata since the very beginning, and this is one of the highest quality years we've seen. It is remarkably clean, complex, and expressive. In the cup we find an array of tropical fruits, lively acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., and an exceptionally sweet nectar-like finish.
