Bitalina has an extremely small garden of .3 hectares (.75 acres) growing both Pacas and traditional BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars.. We are again very grateful for the opportunity to work with this very special coffee. In the cup, we find Italian plum, cranberry, and ripe blueberry.
