Bitalina has an extremely small coffee garden of .3 hectares (.75 acres) growing both Pacas and traditional BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars.. We are again very grateful for the opportunity to work with this very special coffee. In the cup we find a deep jam-like quality of blackberry and pomegranate.
