This coffee took 4th place in the regional Copa de Occidente competition. It is a very expressive coffee, and an excellent example of the quality potential of Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars.. In the cup we find ripe raspberry, lemonade, and papaya.
