This is a very small farm owned and operated by a young couple Jamir and his partner Ana Marcela. This selection is a 100% Pacamara separation; a unique varietyVariety (cultivar)The botanical subtype of the coffee plant — Gesha, Bourbon, SL28 — analogous to grape varieties in wine. A major driver of cup character alongside origin and process.—especially in the region of Acevedo. In the cup we find a bright, almost tropical acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., berry-like sweetness, and a subtle tea florality.
