This is the only coffee from Gedeo we are currently working with. This is our second year purchasing from this washing stationWashing stationA central mill where many smallholder farmers deliver cherry for processing. In Ethiopia, Kenya, and Rwanda the station name (e.g. Idido) often identifies the coffee., and the coffee is delightful once again. In the cup we find intoxicating florals, peach, and a lively citrus acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw.
