This is our second year working with this very special coffee from an amazing coffee-producing family. Miramar is an extraordinarily beautiful farm at some of the highest elevations in Tarrazú. This is an exceptionally small lot of meticulously washedWashed processThe fruit is removed from the seed before drying, usually with fermentation and a water rinse. Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. GeshaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda. Routinely the most expensive coffee at auction.. In the cup we find the classic Gesha flavors of nectarine and jasmine combined with an elegant red tea sweetness.
