Maria has become one of our favorite producers in Colombia. Her coffees impress year after year, and we are unbelievably grateful for the opportunity to continue working with them. In the cup we find red currant, guava-like acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., fresh cherry, and a very long finish.
