This 100% BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. separation from Robert Pilliume is a really good example of how specific varieties affect cup profiles. In this selection we taste ripe red fruits of cherry and pomegranate, long, almost fudge-like sweetness, and with a candied orange brightness.
