This is our first of the many Kenyan selections we made this year, and it comes from one of our favorite producing regions in Kenya: Kiambu. In the cup we find Key lime acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. with deep blackberry and mango-like sweetness.
