Fresh off the grind the aromatics are honeyHoney processThe skin is removed but some sticky fruit mucilage is left on during drying. Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural. sweet. In the cup there is a lovely white peach note from hot to cold mingling nicely with an apple crisp finish.
