Bishan Wate scored very highly when we bought it - and it is a pleasure to see it still performing so well as the Ethiopian season is on its final leg. JuicyAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. peach flavours and floral notes of elderflower: This coffee has high aromatics and is super enjoyable.
