Our final release of the season from Corazón de Jesús. Grown at their El Salitre estate, this coffee uses Red HoneyHoney processThe skin is removed but some sticky fruit mucilage is left on during drying. Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural. processing to achieve a smooth profile, sweet like cantaloupe melon.
