Tends to give clean, transparent cups where origin character shows clearly. BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. has long been a favourite of ours, with everything you could want from a Rwandan coffee. Expect sweet milk chocolate and bright cranberry.
