Character
The BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. Elite at Los Pirineos can be traced to some of the oldest coffee trees in El Salvador - prized for their quality for almost 100 years. We love the sweet notes of nougat and cherry.
