Presenting the New Orleans BlendBlendCoffees from multiple origins roasted or mixed together for a consistent, balanced profile year-round — the traditional backbone of espresso menus.. Previously, this blend was featured at Toutant. It became somewhat of a local favorite there, pairing perfectly with the various Cajun dishes. Although Toutant has since closed its doors, we are proud to continue offering this smoky and unique blend. Chicory has a long tradition of being paired with coffee throughout history. Most notably, chicory has been added to coffee in times of war, and economic stress to alleviate the cost per cup. Chicory is a root that adds smoky sweetness to the coffee.
