Featuring BRITA’s proven four-stage filtration technology—including pre-filtration, carbonate hardness reduction, activated carbon taste and odour removal (including bypass water), and fine fibre filtration—it reliably protects equipment from scale while enhancing beverage taste and aroma. With an expected capacity of around 4,200 litres at a typical bypass setting (e.g. 40% at 10 °dH), it maintains consistent performance and extends service life . The Quell ST variant simplifies maintenance by allowing only the inner cartridge to be replaced—ideal for busy operations seeking minimal downtime and waste . Designed for use with compatible Purity 450 systems (connector head sold separately), it operates up to 6.9 bar, handles temperatures between 4 °C and 30 °C, and fits either vertical or horizontal installations .
