Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge. Altitude: 1950-2100 meters Carefully selected cherries are dried on raised African beds for 10–14 days. They are turned regularly during the day to ensure even drying, resulting in coffees with floral aromas and complex fruit-forward profiles.
