Our team selects these limited offerings to showcase what we love most about coffee. Nidia Lasso continues a proud family tradition, working side-by-side with her father in the highlands of San Pedro de Cartago, a town nestled in the Andes mountains of southwestern Colombia. Nidia practices thoughtful and sustainable land stewardship: on her 12-hectare farm, shade trees, plantain, and cassava grow alongside coffee plants. Curiosity drives Nidia to constantly experiment, collaborate, and learn. She cultivates exceptional varieties like GeshaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda. Routinely the most expensive coffee at auction., Pink and Yellow BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion).
