A new dark roast take on our beloved Decaf Peru, this version brings deeper richness and roasty complexity to a smooth, satisfying cup--all without the caffeine. Grown under the shade of biodiverse canopy, this coffee is certified Bird Friendly®, Organic®, and Fairtrade®. The cup profile is lush and grounding, with flavors of fudge, toasted walnut, and a silky olive oil finish. Decaffeinated using the chemical-free Swiss WaterSugarcane (EA) decafDecaffeination using ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane, common in Colombia. Keeps sweetness well; often labeled 'EA' or 'sugarcane process'.® Process, Decaf Colibri Dark is proof that you don’t have to sacrifice quality or depth of flavor when going decaf. As part of our Women Grown program, Decaf Colibri Dark highlights the work of women producers and reflects our values as a woman-owned company.
