Most of the world's coffee is grown this way, typically pooled at cooperatives or washing stations. farmers in the Amazonas region of Peru, this coffee is grown high in the Andes at 1,300–2,250 meters. Produced through CECANOR, one of Caffe Ibis’ longest-standing partnerships, it reflects over two decades of relationship-driven sourcing. This coffee is Organic, Fairtrade, and Bird Friendly® certified, supporting biodiversity, equitable trade, and long-term community investment -- while showcasing the collective work of more than 700 women producers. This coffee is also a part of our women-grown collection , highlighting coffees produced by women-led farms.
